For some reason, this one won't go away. We've pelted her with menacing punks, shit disturbing twerps, Christian bigots, mean misogynist men and corrupt judges. We unlawfully evicted her, taken away her driver's license illegally, ran her out of the state, profiled her as a lesbian so American men could rape her straight. We've bullied her to death. We've ruined her credit, taken her $100k rightfully inherited trust estate and all her vehicles. We've made her live on the streets in the winter knowing she is dying. We've kept her from her beloved horses and arrested her arbitrarily. We've locked her up in mental institutions and declared her insane.We've told her brothers and families she is a sex offender so she won't have a family. We've even denied her her religious preference: Judaism. But, she keeps coming back." Is it worth it?

...admitted to police that he got angry Thursday when the child became “fussy” and dropped the baby to the floor, causing her to hit her head.

Harrison admitted “forcefully picking the baby up” off the floor, causing her head to snap forward, court documents said. He allegedly threw the baby on the bed so hard she bounced off, falling 4 feet to the floor, hitting her head again. Harrison then shook the baby and slapped her three times around the mouth and two times on the side of the face, court documents said.

The baby suffered retinal hemorrhaging behind both eyes, a large blood clot on the right side of the brain and several bruises, according to court documents...

Interrogatories are just written questions that must be answered under oath ... or someone goes to jail!

Learn from Jurisdictionary step-by-step. For example, one interrogatory I serve on my clients' opponents reads, "Identify all persons having first-hand knowledge of any material fact alleged in the pleadings of this case and, with regard to each such person, state what they know about each such fact and how they came to know it."

Rule 26(b) Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides,
"Parties may obtain discovery regarding any nonprivileged matter that is relevant to any party's claim or defense â€” including the existence, description, nature, custody, condition, and location of any documents or other tangible things and the identity and location of persons who know of any discoverable matter. For good cause, the court may order discovery of any matter relevant to the subject matter involved in the action."

It Will Always Be For No Other Reason Than To Harass The Weaker Ones

When the Nazi's invaded Europe it was not because the Jews killed Jesus. It was because the Jews did not obey G-d. G-d hated the Nephilim. He hated the Amorites, Rephaim, Emim, Enites, Rechabites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Jebusites, Horim, Zamzummim, Avim, Gilgamesh, Philistines, Ammonites. Some more than others. But G-d really hated the Anaks. He told the Jews to kill them but they felt sorry for them. Thus, G-d said in Numbers 33:55: "But if you fail to drive out the people who live in the land, those who remain will be like splinters in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will harass you in the land where you live."

In Judges 2:3: G-d said, "Now therefore I tell you that I will not drive them out before you; they will be [thorns] in your sides and their gods will be a snare to you." (gods meaning greed) And, in Joshua 23:13 G-d said, "then you may be sure that the LORD your God will no longer drive out these nations before you. Instead, they will become snares and traps for you, whips on your backs and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from this good land, which the LORD your God has given you".

If You Have Been Coerced Into Relinquishing Your Child, Annul The Adoption

I am providing you with at least two ways to get your child back and if I were you I would try anything possible: I have a case pending at the Inter-American Commission level. I just want everybody to know, I've been to ALL the courts in the land according to the chain of command but have now exhausted all of my remedies.

2. Sometime ago the Appellate Court in Florida held "there is no statute of limitations on fraud to set aside an adoption". The cases we are relying on to set aside the adoption are: Kupec v. Cooper, 593 So. 2d 1176, (Fla 5th DCA 1992) "Florida courts need to adhere to or enforce the adoptive status or the rights flowing therefrom when the adoption is repugnant to the laws or policies of Florida.", Tsilidis v. Pedakis, 132 So.2d 9 (Fla 1st DCA 1961), Kupec v. Cooper, above. Adoption Hot Line, Inc. v. HRS, 385 So. 2d 682 (Fla 3rd DCA 1980); Trushin v. State of Florida., 475 S.2d 1290 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1985).

There is no reason to relinquish your baby. Everyone has heard of welfare. Even if you have no support. Unless you have been coerced which equals fraud you can have the adoption annulled.

THE DEFINITION OF ADOPTION COERCION

“Adoption coercion is any form of overt or covert pressure, manipulation, convincing, force, fraud, human rights violation, or withholding of services that results in a woman surrendering a baby for adoption.

“It includes any practice specifically designed and intended to ensure or significantly increase the odds that a mother will surrender her baby for adoption. It also includes any practice designed to restrict or remove a mother’s freedom of choice by the use of influence, persuasion, fraud, or duress. A coerced ‘choice’ is not a ‘choice’ at all. There is no ‘decision’ where there is coercion.“

Perpetrators of adoption coercion may include anyone in a position of trust,authority, or relative power in relation to the mother. Examples are:adoption industry employees, hospital staff, medical professionals, prospective adopters, social workers, government social policy makers, the mother’s own parents, clergy and nuns, etc
